Job Purpose:
As a Customer Experience Administrator at IIE Rosebank College, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive relationships with our student community. This role plays a critical part in upholding our commitment to providing an outstanding educational experience for our students.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer inquiries: Respond to student inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, utilising various communication channels such as email, phone, social media and in-person interactions.

• Handle student complaints: Address student complaints and concerns effectively, investigating issues and working towards resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond to queries submitted via website email.
  • Respond to queries submitted through Hello Peter and social media platforms.
• Coordinate student feedback: Facilitate the collection of student feedback through surveys and other feedback mechanisms, analyse feedback data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist with student orientation: Support campuses with the planning and execution of student orientation programmes to ensure new students receive a warm welcome and have a smooth transition into college life.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams: Work closely with campuses and other departments such as admissions, academic affairs, and student services to streamline processes and ensure a seamless experience for students across all touchpoints.

• Administer Customer Service initiatives: Assist in the implementation of customer service initiatives and programmes aimed at enhancing the overall student experience and satisfaction.

• Assist with Internal Communications and activations for IIE Rosebank College staff


Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications
Minimum
• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public relations or similar.

Advantageous
• Postgraduate Degree (NQF Level 8) qualification Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public relations or similar.

Experience
Minimum
• 2 years proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the education sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, patience, and professionalism.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to students.
